State of the Division Speech

Not much to say on the Presidents speech last night. The proposal for a new military reserve group for the reserves was a new one to me, but otherwise, it was the expected pomp and bullshit.

What got me was the Jim Webb speech afterwards. Only a man from Virginia could pull off bashing the presidents foreign policy while still coming off like an American patriot and not a liberal hippie. Priceless.

Yup, you're right. He's no liberal hippie, but as far as his coming off as an American Patriot... have you compared G-Dumbya, Dick Cheyney, or Rumsfeld's biography with that of his? Check out: www.webbforsenate.com/biography/

Let me put this in writing now. If Obama wins the primary, don't be surprised to see Jim Webb running as his VP. Perfect for that Southern vote.
