Snow Way we have Global Warming

Fox news, along with many bloggers and other Republican Global Warming skeptics have taken the record snow fall in the DC area to mock Al Gore and his movement to help reduce the melting of the polar caps.

This just feeds to more embarrassment to be associated with the Republican party. A 1 time snow event in one location suddenly outs all research that has been done for years on a global level. Wake up my foolish Republicans.

Look to Seattle: Warmest January on Record.

Vancouver, host of the 2010 Winter Olympics is in the process of trucking up snow for the ski events, as they deal with record rain fall for this time of year. For those dummies that don't get out much, Vancouver is in Canada...as in the great white north, aye.

I won't even get into the overall global warming going on around the planet, but I challenge readers to educate yourself, and stop judging everything based on temperature of your own little fishbowl.

Many comedy shows countered the "in the moment" Global Warming skeptics with the comparison to freaking out, because the sun went down at night...and now its dark.....run for the hills!

So whats going on? Let's keep this simple. You melt a shit load of ice/snow at the north pole hemisphere, you get more water on the planet. That means more water in the atmosphere, which means more water falling from the sky (given the proper climate, dry areas may get dryer). This all equals more flooding, landslides, hurricanes, and yes even snow fall. Why snow? Your gonna get bigger flakes of snow in the upper 20s F then you will if the temp is 5F.

You need to get out more

Its generally good practice to avoid websites that use blinking text, red font that isn't part of the sites design scheme, and/or sites that use the Drudge Report template. Site sorta looses its cred, doesn't help its a link farm (type of infomercial of the internet).

I guess I too can go to the crazy extreme. Hows this: On Mercury (you know, closest planet to the sun) at night, surface temp is -275 degrees Fahrenheit. So by Climate Depot logic, Mercury is a cold ass planet that doesn't have any heat issues. You see when you mess with a celestial body's atmosphere, you get crazy outcomes...generally the type that won't support life as we know it.

Perhaps I do need to get out more, I do hate the cold. Another 30 degree day here in Michigan. Maybe I should head up north to Canada for some of that 55 degree stuff.
