Dear Ohio

Dear Ohio,

I hope your enjoying your life as a red state. The state that came down to the re-election of President Bush. True neither candidate was just, regardless, I do hold you responsible for re-election non the less. The purpose of my letter to you is to ask how things have been going for you during the Bush administration. Let's look in depth, shall we.

According to 2000 Census data and projections, you are the 7th most populous state in the US, below: California, Texas, New York, Florida, Illinois, and Pennsylvania. Not to shabby. As of last week, your in 3rd place in another list: Most Deaths in Iraq per State. 87 to be precise. In case your wondering, yes, statistically, the more population a state has, the more soldiers it has in Iraq, the more likely that state will have deaths. So how exactly did your children end up third on the list, over New York, Pennsylvania, Florida and Illinois? I don't know, but sadly the word "Cannon Fodder" comes to mind.
