Ribs + BBQ =

NAPKINS!!!!

To the people that arranged the first Rib-fest in Lansing, congrats. The turnout was mediocre, but I'm not complaining, since it kept the lines short. To try out all the local ideas on what BBQ should be was great. But seriously people, you can't have a Rib fest without two things: Jazz and napkins. Well, they did have the Jazz, but come on, supply some NAPKINS to a brother in need....and move the beer tent so you can actually see the Jazz.

Oh, my vote for best sauce goes to Charlie's Smokin BBQ.
