Sinner - Homeland Security - For telling us they don't plan for Katrina incidents. One would think a mass flood would be easier to deal with then a nuclear fallout in NY.
Saint - New York City - For showing class under pressure.
Katrina could have be the United States "finest hour". Instead, it was one of our worst...next to the mess in Iraq.
