Home Depot - Part 3

Friday, nothing still. I called the main complaint line for HD to inform them of the little adventure I've been having with their Waverly branch. I knew it was a long shot, and it turns out, I was right. After some questioning, I learned they really can't do anything at the complaint line, as it's used only as a training tool, so they don't repeat the same mistakes. This was after I explained the whole story, including the offensive offer to get more money from me. In many ways it felt like those street vender in NYC that sell umbrellas for $50 when it rains.

Regardless, I asked for a discount on the snow thrower I've been exchanging for almost a week now. Her offer... a $10 gift card.

Priceless.
