Mom's Advice

Bush's latest fiasco with the open mic, reminds me of a quote he once said in 2002, "If my mother is listening, mother, I should have listened to you: Always chew your pretzels before you swallow".

I wonder if his mother also told him to chew with his mouth closed when sitting in front of the most powerful nations in the world. I personally don't take people very seriously when their chomping like a cow on gum or whatever. I see the same applies to others too, as nobody outside the US really takes us seriously since Bush took office. Hell, just look at all the countries egging us on to invade them.

I also wonder if Bush's mother told her kids not to swear on TV. This isn't the first time Bush was caught cussing in public. And to be honest, I'm okay with colorful metaphor. Just don't break the rules that your FCC established. Or drop the whole anal "no swear" policy on TV. Geez, people in politics really are above the law or just have big time double standards.

Didn't you’re mother tell you to “respect your elders”?? What about “Do as I say, not as I do”?? God is gonna get you for “bad-mouthing” our president --especially you petty, winy, left-wing Liberals. Behave yourself, young man!!! –CT/NY
