Turkey Tots Wrap
The Dilemma: Leftover turkey , but no gravy.
The Solution: A Turkey Tot Wrap.
Warm up some pieces of turkey and toss it in a warm tortilla. Add cheese and crispy tater-tots. Add some other stuff like onion, lettice, tomato, ranch dressing, etc. Wrap it up and pan sear each side, to allow wrap to be crisp, and the cheese to be melted. Yum.

Hani vs Olgas Sandwich
Two Michigan sandwiches, from Greek restaurants. They both are made from a soft pita type of bread and have a popular breaded chicken option. But which one is the best? Well, here's the breakdown.
Olga sandwich had its start in 1970, from Birmingham, MI. Originally had the insides of a Gyro but with better bread, you can now get just about anything in a Olga these days. Also offer a fried option called 'Snackers' which act as a tasty appetizer or side to soup. Their restaurants are a bit higher scale these days then most Greek [Coney Island] restaurants, as they compete for the yuppie suburbanite crowds. If your aim is to compare the breaded chicken Olga to the Hani, I'd recommend a side of honey mustard dressing.
Like the Olga, the Hani is a trademarked sandwich. Hani is from the early 1980s from Detroit's National Coney Island. It pretty much started as a breaded chicken pita wrap, serving as an alternative to the popular Coney Island Hot Dog. Popular with Detroit's youth, who tend to hang around Coney Islands.
My opinion.
I'm going to have to go with the Olga sandwich. The quality of ingredients are much better, though you're also paying a higher price (~ $8). The Hani bread tends to be a tad bit dryer too. The only down side; you can't get some signature Coney Fries from Olgas. So if your looking for a heart stopping side like chilly cheese fries, the Hani is an acceptable fall back.
Most Coney Islands in Michigan will have a wrap section, that imitates the Hani. But, for an Olga sandwich, you must go to the Olga's Kitchen.
